Cooperstown Distillery…Handcrafted Artisanal Spirits

Cooperstown Distillery employs the highest quality artisanal distilling practices. Using almost entirely New York State grains, they produce a full line of spirits. They are a farm distillery and member of The Cooperstown Beverage Trail. They work to “know our farmers” and they produce spirits made from grains grown by people they trust and respect. Their still was custom crafted by the Carl Family of Stuttgart, Germany. This “copper beauty” is the focal point at their Railroad Avenue location.

Cooper’s Legacy

The pinnacle of their bourbon portfolio, this 100% New York State Bourbon is created using local grains from Canajoharie New York. Reminiscent of General Grant’s favorite “Drinking” whiskey, this bourbon is an authentic farm to bottle experience. Notes of caramel, butterscotch and toffee. Cask strength. 100 Proof.

Classic American Whiskey

Their classic whiskey is done in a traditional bourbon style with a mash bill of predominantly corn, rye, and malted barley. This beautiful handmade whiskey has been aged for 10 months in used American oak bourbon barrels. With a bit of allspice on the nose, subtle traces of vanilla and caramel in the finish. Done in a lighter style, this is a remarkably smooth drinking whiskey.Bottled in our custom Abner Doubleday Baseball Decanter. Boxed in a hand crafted pine case and Made in New York. 90 Proof.

Doubleday Bourbon

This bourbon is sourced in Indiana and blended several times by our distiller. A blend of both younger and aged bourbon, this fine spirit drinks remarkably well as like a fine older bourbon.Bottled in our custom Abner Doubleday Baseball Decanter. Boxed in a hand crafted pine case and Made in New York. 90 Proof.

Beanball Bourbon

This young spirit is a hand crafted blend of sourced Indiana Bourbon and their own small batch Bourbon, made with local corn, rye wheat, and oats. Named after the dangerous baseball pitch, “the Beanball,” thrown by frustrated pitchers to scare batters off the plate, Beanball Bourbon is incredibly smooth with notes of caramel, butterscotch, and a sophisticated smoked toffee finish. 90 Proof.

Cooper’s Classic American Whiskey

Distilled from a traditional bourbon mash, this fine spirit is blended several times with whiskey from re-charred American oak barrels. It spends the last 3 months of its life in French oak which imparts an enticing vanilla, creme brûlée finist. Enjoy it neat or on the rocks for a truly unique sipping experience. 90 Proof.
