Zucca, an Italian herbal liqueur, is an Amaro, which is the Italian word for bitter. Zucca is made from the root of genuine Chinese Rhubarb which grows only in the mountainous regions of the Kansu Province. A rhizome in traditional Chinese culture for more than 4,500 years.
