The family vineyards in Potter Valley, with warm days and cool evenings, deliver Sauvignon Blanc with ripe fruit and crisp acidity. In the vineyards and cellar, their daughter, Lexi, worked hand-in-hand with her father to make this crisp, refreshing, and well balanced wine, perfect for warm days, light foods, and great friends.

Made from their family’s distinctive Blue Oaks Vineyard in Potter Valley, this wine is all about character & balance. Toby creates a wine with balance between oak and fruit, crisp acidity and softness, with 1/3 getting oak aging, and 1/3 a malolactic fermentation. Complex flavors of green apple, minerality and butterscotch pudding make it a versatile favorite with many foods and settings.
