Chadonnay
The Sambal Deer roam the cool climate regions of the Yarra Valley and the Grampians in Victoria. Inspired by the Sambal Deer’s home, with vibrant citrus notes of lemon barley, lemon curd, stone fruits and freshly cut pear on the nose, this is a fresh and lively Chardonnay with a lingering citrus fi nish and a dusting of oak for complexity. Quintessentially Victorian, classic cool-climate style.
North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon
