With a portfolio spanning the 7 major AVAs of the Willamette Valley, Penner-Ash sources from some of the region’s most distinguished vineyards, including the Shea Vineyard in Yamhill-Carlton, the Bramble Hill Vineyard in Ribbon Ridge, and the Zena Crown Vineyard in Eola-Amity.

PINOT NOIR SHEA VINEYARD

Aromas of tea leaf, violets and spiced cranberry. A fresh attack of raspberry and red cherry give way to a structured mid-palate of tobacco, sweet umami and dark fruit.

PINOT NOIR WILLAMETTE VALLEY

Savory notes of oak mixed with red cherry, cedar spice, and dried rose petals, followed by subtle hints of tobacco. Its structured sweetness gives way to fresh and earthy notes followed by a lasting finish.

SYRAH

A decadent taste profile composed of dusted dark chocolate mixed with blackberry fruit compote on vanilla ice cream, and further accentuated by a slightly wood smoky note. Sweetness and intensity merge together at entry and then finish with a lengthy and creamy lushness.

VIOGNIER

Aromas of honeysuckle, jasmine, peach and mandarin. The wine enters the palette with a dense and creamy texture, followed by a crisp green apple flavor with exotic white flowers on the finish.
