New Holland Knickerbocker Barrel Gin makes a delicious barrel gin. Toasty notes from the spirit-soaked wood accentuate the vibrant juniper character and provide a deep and smooth contrast to the lively aromatics.
This gin is aged in a combination of new American oak barrels and used New Holland Artisan Spirits whiskey barrels for at least six months.
