Mark West Black offers a riper, more highly concentrated Pinot Noir blend, as compared to the Mark West’s California Pinot Noir due to sourcing and wine-making practices. Grapes for this wine are sourced from premier, cool-climate growing regions that allow for longer hang time to produce complex, ripe flavors in the grapes.
How does MW Black taste different than the MW Orange label?
The taste profile is full-bodied, richer, more supple and elegant, and offers more dark fruit notes; considerably different than Orange label’s light body and red fruit. The color is also much darker than the Orange label.
