Hyde single malt Irish whiskey is aged for 10 years and is produced in Skibereen, nestled in the spectacular landscape of West Cork, Ireland.
Hyde is made using 100% malted Irish barley and West Cork spring water to produce a complex yet classically smooth Irish whiskey full of subtle flavor tones.
This product is a limited edition of 5,000 bottles. Each bottle is uniquely numbered.
Nose: Delightful peaches & cream, vanilla, slightly custard, barley malt softness, with citrus, sweet, honey, caramel, vanilla, chocolate, orange, lemon, banana, & infused with spices.
Taste: Wonderfully smooth yet complex, creamy yet fruity with notes of caramel and manuka honey, apricot, plum, and a silky malt texture.
Finish: Rich, Spicy, & Oaky. It lingers in the mouth with a long rich finish.
