Glendalough Wild Botanical Gin is a deeply layered balance of wild mountain botanical flavors. They pick and distill a given botanical when its essential oils and fresh flavors are at their highest. The varying seasonal flavors are carefully balanced and allowed to marry before bottling. Essentially meaning that a bottle of their wild botanical gin takes almost a year to complete.
Nose: Fresh Spring notes with juniper, citrus, pine. A forest clearing in bloom.
Taste: Cool and mellow at first, rushing to nectarous Summer flowers and hints of Autumn fruits finally giving way to warm spice.
Finish: Long and sylvan, with warm winter spices.
