This spirit, distilled through timeless liquor-making techniques, utilizes a three-grain recipe that infuses generations of Southern tradition with the spiciness of northern rye and a touch of malt for smoothness. It combines a hefty helping of  rye grain with the sweetness of corn, crafting a complex bourbon. This Bourbon Whiskey uses uses a peppery yeast yielding a very spicy Bourbon.

The generous rye content is married with the sweetness of corn for a genteel interpretation of the venerable spirit. Patiently aged in air-dried oak barrels, its spicy character transcends mere resurgence.  To top it o ff, this whiskey uses a high ester yeast that is more common in red wine, yielding lots of fruit flavors, especially plum and pear.

Upon first blush, you’ll discover notes of lemon peel and warm vanilla. Then, the profile shifts. And you’ll finish with the familiar nip of juniper on the edges of your tongue. The Gin has a whiskey base , giving the spirit a unique graininess and sweetness, rare among gins. Additionally, the yeast provides a fruity character more toward cherries and raspberries, but without overpowering the grainy character of the base spirit.

What was once clear, is now complex. Exuding subtle notes of fennel & peppery spices, while a smoky smoothness from the charred barrel permeates the juniper, this barrel-aged spirit tastes like gin, but has the maturity of a bourbon.
