Eventide Brewing Company

Eventide Brewing was formed out of friendship and a love of good beer. The origin of the company came down to an appreciation for Craft offerings and the want to make those offerings, originally, available anytime for private consumption. So began the homebrewing experiment which lead to this day.

After years of perfecting recipes and equipment, the question was finally posed: “can we do this for a living?” A great deal of time and research went into this task and after careful consideration we felt that this was a dream which could be achieved. So Geoffrey, Nathan, and Haley started the wheels in motion 2 years ago on what would eventually become Eventide Brewing. Along the way we met Mat Sweezey, who brought marketing and startup knowledge that was very welcome. With Nathan’s background in engineering, Haley’s sales expertise, and Geoffrey’s logistical and brewing know how, the four corners of the group were formed.

We are very happy to call Atlanta home and to provide this great city with offerings that will instill in the minds of its citizens the understanding that great doesn’t have to be complicated.

APA

Any craft brewer worth his salt offers some variation of the pale ale. This particular beer has been a staple of the beer scene for hundreds of years and is the leading craft beer seller in America. Ours is a true American Pale Ale in every sense of the name, but it also boasts a few characteristics which set it apart from the common rabble. Big hop flavor and aroma are the first noticeable aspects of the beer, but the well balanced malt profile is what really fills out the body. The finish is slightly fruity with a lingering bitterness which is sure to please any palate. We love it, and think you will as well.

Kölsch Style Ale

We took the traditional “Kölsch Style” and worked it up a bit with some special hop additions. We did not go noble with the hop profile but instead took it in a direction that paired better with the bready flavor of the pilsen and the touch of wheat grains that make up the back bone of this brew. This style is perfect on those hot summer days, but it’s is also so refreshing that it is great anytime. So good in fact that it may coin the phrase “Eventide Style Kölsch”, and don’t worry Cologne, we’ll let you call it that too.
