Double Barrel

Double Barrel is small-batch production bourbon with a 2 barrel aging technique in KY and CA.  Aged from 3 to 10 years in New American Oak and finished in their family Napa Valley wine barrels for six months and then bottled at 86.8 proof.

Double Barrel offers a well-balanced and smooth-tasting Bourbon with complex flavors of vanilla, oak, brown sugar, and spice.

Ten Barrels

A blend of 60% straight malt whiskey and 40% hop-flavored whiskey distilled from a craft IPA beer, the components were aged separately for over two years in French oak wine barrels, and then “married” in family chardonnay barrels for another 2 years before being bottled. Only ten barrels were made of this superb spirit.

Tasting it neat, the initial impression is caramel, cloves, and vanilla. It has a rich palate, with a finish that lasts for about ten minutes. This 96-proof whiskey definitely holds up to a splash of water or cube of ice, and will make exquisite whiskey-based cocktails.
