Logistics Area Manager

Warehouse Area Managers manage a team of warehouse associates, ensuring that all product is correctly and efficiently stocked and rotated, to include managing product availability and receipt, and ensuring product is available and customer orders are completed each night.  Area Managers train new associates on the requirements of the job including but not limited to quality control, product knowledge, product rotation, proper picking, Company policies, procedures and using United’s computer systems.  Successful Area Managers are self-motivated, communicative and thrive in work environments requiring collaboration, team work, interpersonal skills and managing conflict.

 

Warehouse Returns/Replenisher )

The Warehouse Associate returns goods to proper warehouse storage locations for efficient management of inventory.  Associate should be flexible to perform other functions such as sales pick-up, or other assigned duties

 

Logistics Operations Manager

Logistics Operations Manager is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures as established and set for Operations. The Operations Manager will ensure safe and efficient operations and serve as a company representative on regulatory issues.

 

Logistics Oddball Picker

The Oddball Picker is responsible for picking multiple products and preparing the items for shipment according to order labels. Picking is done to a conveyor as well as picked on the Company’s equipment, and must be completed in wave numerical order. The associate must prepare and maintain a clean and safe working environment. He or she must meet standard productivity goals daily and appropriately handles all materials following company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure workplace. Specific duties and responsibilities will be assigned according to assigned workstation.

 

Logistics Conveyable Picker)

The Conveyor Picker is responsible for picking multiple products and preparing the items for shipment according to order labels, and preparing and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. He or she meets standard productivity goals daily and appropriately handles all materials following company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure workplace. Specific duties and responsibilities will be assigned according to assigned work station.

 

Box Truck Driver – $2000 Hiring Incentive

The Box Truck Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of products to customers in a manner that meets customer requirements.  He or she will load and unload the products from the vehicle and verify contents against shipping invoices or inventories.  Most importantly and without exception, the driver operates within the legal speed limits and in a safe fashion at all times.
