PRETORIA FIELDS

Pretoria Fields is a collective of Farmers and Brewers working together to produce slow beer with ingredients sown in the Georgia soil.
Their certified organic farmland currently produces barley, rye, wheat, corn and hops – as well as an expanding variety of fruits. Each year, they aim to increase the input of farm-grown ingredients and bring the “farm to table” conversation to craft beer. Brewmaster Eric Kirchner most recently worked as lead brewer at Russian River Brewing Company for 10 years under Brewmaster Vinnie Cilurzo, and head brewer Kevin Hilton joins the company from Blue Jacket in DC.

Available in Albany and Savannah, Georgia.  Coming January 1, 2019 to Atlanta, GA.

Flowing Well

This traditional German beer style is a refreshing and mildly tart session ale. It is an unfiltered wheat beer made with 50-60% malted wheat, which creates a cloudy yellow color. A low hop bitterness is complemented by the bright flavors and crisp, dry finish. Toasted coriander seeds contribute a slight spice note and its mineral-like character comes from the addition of sea salt.

ABV: 4.5

Shoalie

Named after the Shoal Bass (or “Shoalie”, as they are affectionately known), this deep golden colored, aromatic IPA with tropical notes including citrus, mango and papaya is perfect for those who demand hop-forward flavor. Late additions of Citra, Ekuinot and El Dorado hops bring forth an immediate fruit rush, followed with a balanced mellow bitterness on the finish. This satisfying and approachable West Coast IPA is an easy drinker any time of the year.

ABV: 6.0

Skywater

Medium-bodied, malty, and full of flavor with floral and citrus notes imparted by the additions of Loral and Mandarina Bavaria hops. Its silky mouthfeel imparted by malted wheat and oats leads to a clean and crisp finish that will leave you begging for more. This is the go-to beer for your everyday needs. Whether you are are mowing your lawn, hiking or fishing, this will be the beer to have by your side all the time.

ABV: 5.1

Walkers Station

Our complex and seriously satisfying stout is full of flavor and yet still smooth on the palate. Its medium-to-full bodied mouthfeel and creaminess comes from the generous amounts of flaked oats added to the mash. The flavors of dark chocolate, toffee and light-roast coffee are balanced with the slightest hint of residual sweetness on the back end.

ABV: 6.5
